At AI Hairstyle TryOn, we are committed to protecting the privacy and security of our users. This Privacy Policy describes the types of information we may collect from you or that you may provide when you use our service and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information.

Information We Collect

Information You Provide to Us

• Account Information: If you create an account, we may collect your name, email address, and password.
• Interaction Information: We collect the information you actively provide to us includes data you input during interactions, such as filling out forms on our website, communicating with us via contact forms, emails, social media interactions, surveys, or any other method where you actively send information to us.
• Uploaded Photos and Generated Images: When you use our hairstyle generators, we process the photos you upload (such as your selfie or custom reference images) and any free-text notes or prompts you enter in order to produce the AI-generated outputs we create for you. Your uploaded photos and prompts are not retained after processing — see Data Retention below.

Information We Collect Automatically

• Usage Details: When you access and use our Service, we automatically collect details of your access to and use of our Service, including traffic data, location data, logs, and other communication data and the resources that you access and use on or through our Service.
• Device Information: We collect information about your device, including IP address, operating system, browser type, and device identifiers.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

• We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track activity on our Service and hold certain information.

Payment Information

• Payment and Billing Information: If you purchase a subscription or service from us, payment and billing information (such as credit card details and billing address) is collected and processed directly by our third-party payment processor (Waffo Pancake). We do not store your full credit card number or CVV on our servers. We may receive limited billing metadata (such as the last four digits of your card, transaction status, and subscription state) so that we can confirm your subscription and provide support.

Information We Do Not Collect

• Sensitive Personal Information: We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information such as Social Security numbers, genetic data, health information, or religious beliefs.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect about you or that you provide to us, including any personal information:

• To provide you with our Service and its contents, and any other information, products or services that you request from us.
• To fulfill the purposes for which you provided the information or that were described when it was collected, or any other purpose for which you provide it.
• To give you notices about your account and subscription, including expiration and renewal notices.
• To carry out our obligations and enforce our rights arising from any contracts entered into between you and us, including for billing and collection.
• To notify you about changes to our Service or any products or services we offer or provide through it.
• To improve our Service, products, and services, and to develop new ones.
• To measure or understand the effectiveness of the advertising we serve to you and others, and to deliver relevant advertising to you.
• To moderate prompts and content for safety and compliance with our Acceptable Use Policy.
• For any other purpose with your consent.

How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following limited ways:

• Third-party AI model providers (for image generation): To deliver the hairstyle generators, the photos you upload (your selfie and any Custom Reference image) and the related text prompts or notes are transmitted to and processed by our third-party AI model providers, currently Google (Google Cloud / Gemini and Google image-generation models) and OpenAI (GPT-4o, DALL·E and other OpenAI image and vision models). These providers process the images solely to perform the requested generation on our behalf and are bound by their own terms and data-handling policies.
• Content safety provider (for prompt screening): The free-text prompts you enter in the AI Hairstyle Recommendation tool are transmitted to Waffo, our payment and compliance partner, which screens the prompt for policy violations before it is sent for generation.
• Payment processor: Subscription billing is handled by Waffo Pancake. We share the minimum information needed (such as your account identifier and the plan selected) so that your subscription and credits can be provisioned.
• Service providers: Vendors that help us operate the Service (for example hosting, storage, analytics, and customer support tools) under confidentiality and data-processing obligations.
• Legal and safety: If we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of AI Hairstyle TryOn, our users, or others.
• Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets, in which case the receiving party will honor this Privacy Policy.

Data Retention

• Account data: We keep your account information for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterwards as required by law, tax, accounting, or anti-fraud obligations.
• Uploaded photos (your selfie and any Custom Reference image): Your uploaded photos are used only to perform the AI processing you requested. They are automatically deleted from our systems within 24 hours of upload. Because we do not retain your uploaded photos beyond that processing window, there is generally nothing left for us to delete on request.
• AI-generated images: These are stored in your account so that you can view, re-download, and delete them. Images that you keep private are removed automatically after 24 hours; images that you choose to share publicly are kept until you delete them, stop sharing them, or close your account. You can remove any of them yourself at any time from your Album, as described in the Your Data Rights section below.
• Prompts and notes: The free-text prompts and notes you enter are transmitted to our AI and content-safety providers in order to fulfil your request and are not stored on our systems once that request has completed, except where we are required to keep them longer for legal, security, or anti-abuse purposes.
• Billing records: We retain billing records for the period required by applicable tax and accounting laws.

When data is no longer required, we delete it or irreversibly anonymize it so that it can no longer be associated with you.

Your Data Rights

You have the right to access, correct, and delete the personal data we hold about you, and the right to close your account. Most of these operations are available to you directly within the Service, without contacting us:

• Access & correct your account details (name, email, password, etc.): Click the account button in the top-right corner of any page and choose Profile to open your User Profile page, where you can view and update your details under Manage Account.
• Delete the AI-generated images you produced: Open your Album (in the account menu under My creations, or via the Gallery tab on mobile), select the image(s) you want to remove, and confirm the delete. Private images are removed immediately; images you have shared publicly are unlisted and removed at the same time.
• Closing your account, or any request not covered above: contact us at support@aihairstyletryon.art from the email address associated with your account. This includes a full copy of your personal data, and any deletion or correction request that the interfaces above do not cover.

Note that your uploaded photos are not retained by us: they are used for the AI processing you requested and are automatically deleted from our systems within 24 hours of upload. Likewise, the prompts and notes you type are not stored once your request has been processed. These are therefore not items you need to request deletion of.

Access to your personal data

You can review most of the data we hold about you directly in your account: your images are listed in your Album, and your subscription and billing information is shown on the Pricing page (select Manage My Subscription). To obtain a copy of any other personal data we hold about you, contact us at support@aihairstyletryon.art and we will provide it in a commonly used electronic format.

Correcting or updating your data

You can view and update your account details yourself at any time by clicking the account button in the top-right corner and selecting Profile, which opens your User Profile page — your details appear there under Manage Account. If any personal data we hold about you is otherwise inaccurate or incomplete, you can ask us to correct or update it by emailing support@aihairstyletryon.art.

Deleting your generated images

Your generated images are the only user content we hold on your behalf, and you can remove them yourself at any time:

• Private images (the default): Open Album and delete the image(s) you no longer want. These images would also have been removed automatically after 24 hours in any case.
• Images you shared publicly: Deleting them from your Album also removes them from the public gallery.

You can either ask us to delete items on your behalf or request a full account erasure (see below). Please note that we may be required to retain certain records (for example, completed billing transactions) for legal, tax, or anti-fraud reasons even after a deletion request.

Closing (deleting) your account

You can close your AI Hairstyle TryOn account at any time. Because account deletion involves removing your data and revoking your access, it must be initiated through a manual request to our team:

• Send an email to support@aihairstyletryon.art from the email address registered to your account.
• Use the subject line "Account Closure Request" (or equivalent in your language).
• Include a clear statement that you want to close / permanently delete your account.

Once we verify your identity, a site administrator will manually process the deletion. We will confirm completion by email within 30 days. When your account is closed:

• Your access to paid features ends immediately.
• Your unused subscription credits are forfeited.
• We will delete (or irreversibly anonymize) your account profile and any AI-generated images still stored under your account, except where we are legally required to retain certain records.
• Any image you publicly shared to the community gallery may be removed or anonymized at our discretion.

If you only want to stop future automatic subscription charges but keep your account, follow the cancellation steps in our Terms of Service instead.

International Data Transfers

AI Hairstyle TryOn is operated from outside your country of residence. By using the Service, you understand that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in countries other than your own, including in the United States and other jurisdictions where our third-party AI model providers (Google, OpenAI) and service providers operate. We take steps designed to ensure that your data is protected in line with this Privacy Policy wherever it is processed.

Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or such other age as may be required by local law). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected information from a child in violation of this policy, please contact us at support@aihairstyletryon.art so that we can delete it.

Data Security

We implement measures designed to protect your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. However, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information transmitted to our Service.

Changes to Our Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Effective Date" / "Last Updated" date at the top. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
